1.中化建國際 （以下稱為“招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)”）受中海石油寧波大榭石化 （以下稱為“招標(biāo)人”）委托，就大榭石化餾分油五期項(xiàng)目催化裝置脫甲烷塔回流泵進(jìn)行國際公開招標(biāo)?，F(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)投標(biāo)人對(duì)下列貨物和服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：

CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee” ), intends to purchase Reflux Pump For Demethanation Tower Of Catalytic Plant of Daxie Distillate Oil Phase V Project by International Competitive Bidding. The Bidders are kindly requested to provide the following Goods and services with sealed bids.

交貨期Delivery Schedule:

境內(nèi)貨物：合同簽訂后72周（貨到項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場時(shí)間）

For goods within the PRC customs territory: within 72 weeks after signing the contract (arrival date to the jobsite)

境外貨物:合同簽訂后70周（提單發(fā)貨時(shí)間）

For goods outside the PRC customs territory: within 70 weeks after signing the contract (departure date on the Bill of Lading)

交貨地點(diǎn)Destination of delivery：

境內(nèi)貨物：大榭項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場

For goods within the PRC customs territory: Project Site in Daxie

境外貨物：CIF中國寧波港

For goods outside the PRC customs territory: CIF Ningbo Seaport, P. R. China

2.對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績要求：

（1）資格要求

Requirements for Qualification of Bidder:

1.1如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人具有合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）;如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；

If the Bidder is domestic registered company,The bidder shall hA/Ve the legal and valid business license of enterprise legal person, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate or the business license combined with the certificate and license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);If the bidder is an overseas registered company, it shall provide valid company registration certificate.
