And the name of the certificates shall be the same with the manufacture of References and the manufacture of the bidding Goods.A投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品國內(nèi)制造商應(yīng)在投標(biāo)時(shí)提供TS證書（特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證）和覆蓋投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品范圍【閥門類型（控制閥）、溫度、口徑及磅級(jí)】的TSX證書（特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書）。投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品國外制造商應(yīng)和國內(nèi)制造商同樣提供上述證明文件，如投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)時(shí)無法提供國外制造商的TS證書，需在投標(biāo)時(shí)提供書面承諾函，承諾內(nèi)容為: 供貨前提供閥門原產(chǎn)地證明和 2024 年 5月 31 前提供 TS 證書 (特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證)，承諾函格式詳見附件17。Domestic manufacturers of bidding products should provide a TS certificate (Special Equipment Production License) and a TSX certificate (Special Equipment Type Test Certificate) covering the scope of the bidding product [valve type( control valve), temperature , diameter, and scale] when bidding. The foreign manufacturer of the bidding product should provide the same certification documents as the domestic manufacturer. If the bidder is unable to provide the TS certificate of the foreign manufacturer during the bidding process, a written commitment letter must be provided during the bidding process. The commitment content is to provide the certificate of origin of the valve before supply and the TS certificate (special equipment production license) before May 31, 2024.？The format of the commitment letter is shown in Annex 17.（3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2010年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商在中國境內(nèi)應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)LNG接收站或具有接收站性質(zhì)的（即滿足GB51156-2015液化天然氣接收站工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范）調(diào)峰站項(xiàng)目(需提供滿足GB51156-2015液化天然氣接收站工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范2.0.2液化天然氣接收站：對(duì)船運(yùn)液化天然氣進(jìn)行接收、儲(chǔ)存、氣化和外輸?shù)茸鳂I(yè)的場(chǎng)站要素的證明材料,證明材料通過國家發(fā)改委、省級(jí)發(fā)改委、政府網(wǎng)站、項(xiàng)目業(yè)主官網(wǎng)等官方網(wǎng)站查詢，以加蓋公章的截圖形式提供）深冷控制閥的供貨業(yè)績（要求2個(gè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)績，同一項(xiàng)目提供多個(gè)合同視為一個(gè)業(yè)績），且其中至少1個(gè)業(yè)績同時(shí)包括如下內(nèi)容：1）深冷控制閥供貨數(shù)量不少于20臺(tái)（套），且2）具有至少2臺(tái)尺寸≥8"且磅級(jí)≥1500LB的深冷控制閥。From January 1, 2010 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract),？the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have at least 2 LNG receiving station projects or peak shaving station projects with receiving station characteristics within China (i.e. meeting the GB51156-2015 Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Station Engineering Design Specification) (Proof materials that meet the requirements of GB51156-2015 Design Specification for Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal Engineering 2.0.2 Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal: The site elements for receiving, storing, gasifying, and exporting liquefied natural gas transported by ships must be provided. The proof materials can be found on official websites such as the National Development and Reform Commission, provincial-level Development and Reform Commission, government websites, and project owners' official websites, and provided in the form of screenshots stamped with official seals.)(Two project performances are required, and providing multiple contracts for the same project is considered one performance). And at least one of the performance includes the following content: 1) The supply quantity of Cryogenic Control Valve？must include less than 20 sets, and 2) must include less than？2 Cryogenic Control Valve？with a size of ≥ 8 "and above, weighing ≥ CL1500.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同【或】銷售訂單【框架協(xié)議下訂單（需提供主框架協(xié)議）復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗(yàn)收材料。？投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱、供貨數(shù)量、規(guī)格型號(hào)（口徑、磅級(jí)）、到貨驗(yàn)收材料。如提供的是調(diào)峰站業(yè)績，投標(biāo)人還需提供調(diào)峰站（滿足GB51156-2015液化天然氣接收站工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范2.0.2液化天然氣接收站：對(duì)船運(yùn)液化天然氣進(jìn)行接收、儲(chǔ)存、氣化和外輸?shù)茸鳂I(yè)的場(chǎng)站）要素的證明材料，證明材料通過國家發(fā)改委、省級(jí)發(fā)改委、政府網(wǎng)站、項(xiàng)目業(yè)主官網(wǎng)等官方網(wǎng)站查詢，以加蓋公章的截圖形式提供。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件未體現(xiàn)上述信息的，均視為無效業(yè)績。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract？[or] sales order [under framework agreement (main framework agreement required) or individual supply contract] (including relevant technical attachments) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The？reference evidence certification furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project,？supply quantity, specifications and models (caliber, pound class ？), arrival acceptance materials .If the performance of the peak shaving station is provided, the tenderer also needs to provide proof materials that the peak shaving station （meets the requirements of GB51156-2015 Design Specification for Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Station Engineering 2.0.2 Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Station ：a station for receiving, storing, gasifying, and exporting liquefied natural gas transported by ships), the documents were obtained from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the government website, the project owner's website and other official websites, and provided to the tenderers in the form of screenshots stamped with official seals.Failure to submit performance certification documents, or performance certification documents provided that do not reflect the above information, shall be deemed invalid performance. （4）其它要求及證明文件Other Requirements of Qualification of Bidder？and Certificate①投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)提供儀表數(shù)據(jù)表中有SIL等級(jí)的閥位開關(guān)的SIL2及以上證書，并保證所供產(chǎn)品的品牌與投標(biāo)名單一致。頒發(fā)SIL證書的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)是國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委認(rèn)可的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)或國際權(quán)威第三方機(jī)構(gòu)，如TUV、Exida、BV、DNV、SIRA等。The manufacturer？of？the？bid？product shall provide SIL2 and above certificates for the？valve position switch with SIL level in the instrument data sheet, ensure that the brand of the supplied product is consistent with the bidding list. The certification body issuing the SIL certificate should be a certification body recognized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration or an internationally authoritative third-party organization, such as TUV, Exida, BV, DNV, SIRA, etc.？②投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供本安型閥門定位器、隔爆型電磁閥、隔爆型限位開關(guān)的中國國家授權(quán)防爆認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的產(chǎn)品防爆合格證和CCC認(rèn)證證書，投標(biāo)時(shí)需確認(rèn)本安型閥門定位器、隔爆型電磁閥、隔爆型限位開關(guān)的品牌名單（一個(gè)或多個(gè)），每個(gè)品牌都要提供對(duì)應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品防爆合格證和CCC認(rèn)證證書，并保證所供產(chǎn)品的品牌與投標(biāo)名單一致。The bidder shall provide the Intrinsically Safe Valve Positioner, explosion-proof qualification certificate and CCC certification certificate issued by the Chinese national authorized explosion-proof certification agency for explosion-proof solenoid valves and explosion-proof limit switches.
