If the bidder is a company in charge of sales within the manufacturer's group, a statement should be provided indicating that the bidder and the manufacturer belong to the same group and are responsible for the sale of the bid goods.D. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE.？未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT AvailableF.？其它：無(wú)others: N/A？（2）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2019年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品制造廠商應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)項(xiàng)目的螺旋板換熱器的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，且均滿足可拆式的螺旋板換熱器設(shè)計(jì)壓力≥2.6MPa、直徑≥1900mm的技術(shù)要求。From January 1, 2019？to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder？shall have the supply？performance of spiral heat exchangers？for at least 2 projects, and ？shall meet？the technical requirements that the design pressure of detachable spiral heat exchangers ≥2.6MPa and diameter ≥1900mm.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括：1）銷售合同和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料（到貨驗(yàn)收單或調(diào)試驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告或其他可以證明合同項(xiàng)下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗(yàn)收的有效證明材料）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(yè)（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱、貨物名稱（螺旋板換熱器）、可拆式的螺旋板換熱器設(shè)計(jì)壓力、直徑（如合同內(nèi)容本身不能涵蓋上述信息，需在投標(biāo)文件中進(jìn)一步提供圖紙等其他支持材料的復(fù)印件）、用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料。若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過(guò)所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include: 1）sales contract and 2) the arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user(Receipt of goods or commissioning acceptance report or other valid certification materials that can prove that the goods under the contract have arrived for acceptance). The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: 1）Date of signing contract, Contract signing page (domestic trade contract shall be sealed by both parties, international trade contract shall be signed or sealed by both parties), name of manufacturer, name of Project, name of Goods（Spiral heat exchanger）, detachable spiral heat exchanger design pressure, diameter（If the contract itself cannot cover the above information, copies of drawings and other supporting materials shall be further provided in the bidding documents）？and the arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user. If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to the annual agreement, the corresponding incoming orders should be provided, and the contents or numbers of the orders should be associated with the annual agreement.
